No communication with
the CCC Process boat resp. process
tube cannot be checked via
the CM module.
Unknown tube status Checking the process boat
resp. process tube via the CM
module yielded an unknown
status. Internal error, notify the
centrotherm Service.
Digital channel: Error!
Communication with the
connected devices
reports an error. A device connected via CAN
bus is not in operation mode. Check CAN bus connectors.
Recipe could not be
started. Check the log
file! The process recipe does not
exist or could not be started
due to an error. Check the entries in DataLog
and act accordingly.
Tube enable signal not
received! (Repeats
automatically) The enable signal for the
process tube was not
received. The process run is
not permitted.
CESAR recipe status
cannot be read!
(Repeats automatically) While waiting for the recipe to
terminate, the status of the
CESAR control computer's
process interpreter cannot be
read via the network.
No boat detected in the
grip, although a boat
was to be picked up.
Check boat seating and
try again! When lifting the process boat
from the store or paddle, a
boat was not detected within
the boat detection offset by
the sensor in the grip. Check whether the boat was
picked up by the grip and
check if the sensor for the
detection of boats in the grip
operates troublefree.
Sensor reports a boat in
the grip, although a boat
was to be lowered down! When lowering down a
process boat on a store or
paddle, a boat is still detected
in the grip although the boat
was to be lowered down. Check whether the boat was
lowered down by the grip
and check if the sensor for
the detection of boats in the
grip operates troublefree.
