Safety Devices

All safety devices must always be in perfect and operative state.

Each safety device has to be checked regularly for safe functioning by trained workers.

Closed protective doors and bolted covers may only be opened by trained workers,
because behind such items there may be voltage -carrying or hot parts, or parts that
are moved by force. This may cause electric shocks, burning, or other injuries.

The safety devices of the equipment may not be disabled in any way.

When the system is in operation all safety devices must be fully operative.

When a safety device is defective, the assembly group resp. equipment may not be put
into operation. If a safety device fails during operation, the system has to be stopped
and may only be put into operation again when the safety device functions again.

Only remove a safety device when the assembly group or equipment is at standstill and
secured.

The system's safety devices comply with the requirements of the EC Machine
Directive.

The following safety devices are installed in the equipment. The "option" remark
identifies additional components which can be delivered with the equipment. If this
component is installed in the in the equipment, the corresponding safety devices are
also installed.
