Troubleshooting
The condition 'Boat in
Grip' has changed
without permission!
Unexpected change of the
grip condition during the
movement from 'Empty' to
'Occupied' or vice versa.
Check the boat seating in the
grip. Check the sensor
setting.
The position of the grip
clamp has changed
without permission!
At least one clamp is in an
undefined condition.
Check clamp, driving motor,
and clamp sensor as well as
driver relay. Check
autoinhibition of the clamp.
Rotation transducer
does not move or grip
moves in incorrect
direction!
Error in configuration of the
Servostar400 motor
controller.
Check configuration file of
motor controller
(Servostar400).
WSL: The addressed
channel does not exist.
The variables of the control
system cannot be accessed.
Internal error, the control
system was stopped. In this
case, reboot the CMI
computer. If the problem
persists, notify the
centrotherm Service.
Lift: Driver was
addressed by undefined
function.
An undefined command was
sent to the lift driver, or the
driver forwarded an undefined
command to the PLC.
Internal driver error. Notify
the software department.
Stop pushbutton was
actuated! The
movement sequence
was canceled
The stop pushbutton in the
system handling was
actuated.
Execute the movement again
by actuating the Fault Repair
button.
Handling arm condition
has changed! For
vertical positioning,
cancel
At least one of the two lift
arms has lost its position
value.
Check motor power cable
and incremental encoder
cable and their connections.
