The function key bar shows which menu options are currently available and can be
called up via:
—
the touch keys in the CMI or
—
the function buttons F1 to F8 on a connected keyboard or
—
the buttons used to operate the CCC cell controller.
Display the system state as follows:
A = alarm state
P = pause in the execution of the recipe
B = recipe put on standby
R = remote controlled (cell controller)
The computer status is displayed as a sequence of letters: b-p-q-d. The computer is
active as long as the control computer displays the letters in sequence.
The

symbol at the end of the function key bar is optional. It indicates that more than
eight menu options are available. These menu options can be displayed in the function
key bar by scrolling with the TAB key.
Layout of function keys in the start menu of the CESAR control computer:
F1 STATUS ...............................System status visualization. Shows the process
parameters. Use the cursor keys to scroll.
F2 MANUAL ..............................Parameters for bubbler (option), synthesis steam
generator (option), gases, wafer storage lift (option);
settings for heating cassette temperatures (outside and
inside), for controllers, time changes and manual
loading machine operation.
F3 STOP ...................................Terminates running recipe, sets standby values.
F4 RECIPE................................Calls up the recipe list. Allows you to select, start and
edit a recipe.
F5 PROTOCOL .........................Displays protocol (protocol data with error and alarm
messages).
F6 USER ...................................Allows you to edit passwords and user rights.
F7 SERVICE .............................Allows you to configure and test the system. This menu
is for authorized personnel only and is protected by
high password level.
F8 LOGOUT ..............................User Logout (password entry required for renewed
login).
Several password levels safeguard the access to the CESAR control computer and its
individual levels of functionality.
