For transportation to the erection site, the following means of transport can be used
after consulting centrotherm:
—
fork lift truck,
—
steerable heavy-duty transport systems on armor steel rolls for greyroom and
clean room.
Consider the maximum load of the sling equipment when selecting means of
transportation! For weights of the individual segments of the machinery, refer to the
packing units or the layout in chapter 12.2 Drawings, Circuit Diagrams, Overviews,
page 12-1.
The customer is to supply the means of transport.
Type, condition, and capacity of the route of transportation must be rated for the
assembly groups and must be smooth and horizontal.
Due to the size of the system units you have to pay attention to possible dangers of
hands getting squeezed in doorways. Wear protective gloves.
Use the provided transport bore holes with ring bolts according to DIN 580 when
erecting the gas cabinet.
If the system is moved to another location after the first installation, all transport and
storage instructions have to be obeyed. The manufacturer is not liable for damages or
faults on this occasion! We recommend having centrotherm service personnel restart
the equipment.
The assembly groups are equipped with sensitive electronic components. Put down the
assembly groups very carefully!
