synchronous encoder axis unit.
Set the numerator within the following range.
Setting a value out of the range will trigger [AL. F6 Simple cam function - Cam control
warning].
When "0" is set, the numerator works in the same way as when "1" is set.
Setting range: 0 to 16777215
