Binary outputs

Proper operation of the Digital outputs of the device can be checked here.
After setting checkmarks in the option fields, the Digital outputs of the device can
be controlled manually via the PC setup program. The "Set All" and "Delete All"
buttons allow all Digital outputs to be switched on and off at once.
