Svuotamento circuito
impianto frizione
Attenzione
Il liquido impiegato
nell'impianto frizione, oltre a
danneggiare la vernice, è
dannosissimo a contatto degli occhi o
della pelle; in caso di accidentale
contatto lavare quindi
abbondantemente con acqua
corrente la parte interessata.
Sfilare il cappuccio di protezione
posto sopra la valvola di spurgo (3).
Collegare alla valvola di spurgo (3) del
gruppo rinvio uno spurgatore per
frizioni.
Note
Quando si usa un attrezzo per lo
spurgo della frizione reperibile in
commercio, seguire le istruzioni
d'uso del fabbricante.
Allentare la valvola di spurgo e
pompare con lo spurgatore fino a
quando non esce più fluido
dall'impianto.
In caso di indisponibilità dello
spurgatore, collegare alla valvola di
spurgo (3), un tubicino in plastica
trasparente e immergerne l'estremità
in un contenitore appoggiato sul
pavimento e contenente liquido
frizione esausto.
Svitare (
1/4 di giro) la valvola di
spurgo. Rimuovere il tappo (1) con
membrana dal serbatoio liquido (A),
svitando le viti (2).
Azionare la leva comando frizione fino
alla totale fuoriuscita del liquido.
Per vuotare completamente il circuito
è consigliabile rimuovere il
cappellotto di rinvio svitando le tre viti
(4) di fissaggio.
Sfilare il gruppo rinvio frizione (5)
facendo attenzione alla guarnizione
OR (6) posizionata al suo interno.
Spingere sul pistoncino interno per far
fuoriuscire tutto il liquido contenuto
all'interno del cappellotto.
Procedere al rimontaggio del
cappellotto serrando le viti di
fissaggio (4) alla coppia prescritta
(Sez. C 3).
Serrare la valvola di spurgo alla coppia
prescritta (Sez. C 3).
Draining the clutch
circuit
Warning
Clutch fluid will damage painted
surfaces if spilled on them. In
addition, it will cause severe injury if
spilled on the skin or into your eyes.
In the event of accidental contact
with skin or eyes, wash the affected
area with abundant running water.
Slip off the protective cap to expose
the bleed valve (3).
Connect a bleeder to the bleed valve
(3) on the transmission unit.
Note
If you are using a commercial
bleeder, follow the manufacturer's
instructions.
Unscrew the bleed valve and pump
the brake bleeder until all the fluid has
fully drained off the circuit.
If you do not have a bleeder available,
connect a piece of transparent plastic
tubing to the bleed valve (3). Place the
other end in a container on the floor
holding used clutch fluid.
Unscrew the bleed valve (
one fourth
of a turn). Undo the screws (2) and
remove the diaphragm cap (1) from
the clutch reservoir (A).
Operate the clutch lever until all the
fluid has fully drained off the circuit.
To help drain the circuit fully, unscrew
the three retaining screws (4) of the
transmission unit and remove.
Withdraw the clutch transmission
unit (5). Be careful of the O-ring (6)
placed inside.
Push in the piston to expel all fluid
inside the unit.
Refit transmission unit and tighten
the retaining screws (4) to the
specified torque (Sect. C 3).
Tighten the bleed valve to the
specified torque (Sect. C 3).
