Rimontaggio componenti
cannotto di sterzo
Importante
I cuscinetti ( 5 e 6 ) del cannotto
sono uguali ma è necessario evitare
assolutamente di scambiarne i
componenti.
Pulire accuratamente e lubrificare con
grasso prescritto le superfici di
contatto.
Per il montaggio degli anelli esterni
(C) dei cuscinetti (
5 )e ( 6 ) sul cannotto
del telaio è necessario disporre
dell'attrezzo
88713.1062 ; procedere
nel modo seguente:
scaldare il cannotto a
150 °C ;
posizionare correttamente gli anelli
esterni (C) nelle sedi del cannotto;
inserire nell'anello inferiore la bussola
fissa (E, quella con foro filettato)
dell'attrezzo;
inserire nell'estremità superiore
dell'asta dell'attrezzo, l'altra bussola
mobile (F) e portarla in battuta
sull'anello del cuscinetto superiore;
avvitare il dado (G) e con chiave
portare in battuta gli anelli esterni (C)
sul cannotto del telaio;
lasciare montato l'attrezzo fino al
raffreddamento del cannotto per
garantire l'appoggio dei cuscinetti
nelle sedi.
Inserire nel perno di sterzo la rosetta
(8) l'anello di tenuta (7) (con il bordino
rivolto verso l'alto) e l’anello interno
(A) del cuscinetto inferiore (
6 ), dopo
averlo scaldato per circa 10 minuti ad
una temperatura di
125 °C .
Inserire nel perno di sterzo il tampone
cod.
88713.1072 . Premere l’anello
interno (A) sull'anello di tenuta (7),
esercitando, manualmente, una certa
pressione per almeno 10 -15 secondi.
Lubrificare con grasso prescritto
l’anello interno (A).
Inserire nel perno di sterzo la corona
di sfere (B) con il lato di diametro
inferiore della gabbia, rivolto verso
l'alto e ingrassarla.
Refitting the steering
tube components
Caution
Steering bearings ( 5 ) and ( 6 ) are
identical, however, never mix their
components.
Clean all contact surfaces and grease
with the recommended grease.
Use the tool no. 88713.1062 to fit the
outer rings (C) of bearings ( 5 ) and ( 6 )
onto the headstock. Proceed as
follows:
heat steering tube up to
150 °C ;
place the outer rings (C) of the
bearings into the seats in the steering
tube;
insert the fixed bush (E, with
threaded bore) of the tool into the
bottom ring;
fit the other bush (F, moving bush)
into the upper end of the tool rod and
push it against upper bearing ring;
screw nut (G) and use the wrench to
push the outer rings (C) against
steering tube;
leave tool assembled to steering tube
until the latter has cooled down to
ensure that bearings become fully
seated in their seats.
Fit the washer (8), the seal ring (7)
with trim side up and the inner ring (A)
of the lower bearing (
6 ) into the
steering shaft. Heat it up at 125 °C for
ten minutes first.
Fit the drift no. 88713.1072 into the
steering shaft. Keep the inner ring (A)
pressed onto seal (7) manually for at
least 10-15 seconds.
Grease the inner bearing ring (A) with
the specified grease.
Fit the ball ring (B) into the steering
shaft with the smaller side of the
cage up and grease.
