Rimontaggio pedane
Le operazioni di rimontaggio di
seguito descritte sono analoghe per
entrambe le piastre portapedana.
Per quanto riguarda il lato destro del
motoveicolo, posizionare la molla (6)
tra le battute della pedana anteriore
(7) e montarla sulla piastra
portapedana, inserendo l’estremità
rettilinea della molla nel foro della
piastra.
Introdurre dal lato superiore il perno
(4) opportunamente ingrassato e
bloccarlo sul lato opposto con l’anello
di fermo (5).
Posizionare la molla (12), i piastrini
(10), le sferette (9) e la pedana
posteriore (7) tra le battute della
piastra portapedana destra (8).
Introdurre dal lato superiore il perno
(4) opportunamente ingrassato e
bloccarlo sul lato opposto con l’anello
di fermo (5).
Verificare l’integrità dei gommini
antivibranti (1) montati sulla piastra
portapedana.
Posizionare la stessa in
corrispondenza dei fori filettati sul
telaio e sul carter motore.
Importante
Durante il montaggio
posizionare in corrispondenza dei
fissaggi sul telaio le rosette (
2 ) e in
corrispondenza dei fissaggi sul
motore le rosette (
11 ).
Fissare la piastra portapedana
utilizzando i perni filettati (3) sul lato
motore e i perni filettati (13) sul lato
telaio.
Serrare i perni filettati alla coppia
prescritta (Sez. C 3).
Impuntare la vite (E) di fissaggio
silenziatori con i dadi e le rosette
corrispondenti.
Serrare la vite (E) alla coppia prescritta
(Sez. C 3) contrastando i dadi.
Operare analogamente per la pedana
sinistra.
Installare sulla pedana destra il
comando freno posteriore (A),
serrando le viti (B) alla coppia
prescritta (Sez. C 3).
Per fissare il gruppo comando cambio
(C) al blocco motore, applicare
frenafiletti alla vite (D) e serrarla alla
coppia prescritta (Sez. C 3).
Refitting the footpegs
The assembly procedure described
below applies to both footpeg plates.
Right side: place the spring (6)
between the end stops of the front
footpeg (7) and fit them to the
footpeg plate. Ensure that the straight
end of the spring locates into the
plate hole.
Grease the pin (4) and fit it from the
top end. Fit the snap ring (5) at the
other end to hold the pin in place.
Position spring (12), plates (10), balls
(9) and rear footpeg (7) between the
end stops of the right footpeg plate
(8).
Grease the pin (4) and fit it from the
top end. Fit the snap ring (5) at the
other end to hold the pin in place.
Check the condition of the vibration
damping pads (1) on the footpeg
plate.
Locate footpeg plate to the threaded
holes in the frame and engine casing.
Caution
On refitting, position the
washers ( 2 ) at the frame mounting
points and the washers ( 11 ) at the
engine mounting points.
Secure the footpeg plate to engine
with the threaded pins (3) and to
frame with the threaded pins (13).
Tighten the threaded pins to the
specified torque (Sect. C 3).
Start the silencer securing screw (E)
in its thread, fit relevant washers and
nuts.
Tighten the screw (E) to the specified
torque (Sect. C 3) hold the nuts.
Repeat procedure for the left footpeg.
Fit the rear brake control (A) to the
right footpeg, tighten the screws (B)
to the specified torque (Sect. C 3).
Mount the gear change control (C) to
the engine. Apply threadlocker to the
screw (D) and tighten to the specified
torque (Sect. C 3).
