La regolazione del CO può essere
fatta utilizzando una procedura
software implementata nello
strumento "DDS" che va collegato alla
presa diagnosi della centralina. Per
effettuare questa operazione fare
riferimento la paragrafo
"Registrazione corpo farfallato" (Sez.
D 5).
Attenzione
Questo veicolo è dotato di una
centralina a risparmio energetico.
Al fine di evitare assorbimenti di
corrente in caso di permanenza
accidentale della chiave in posizione
ON, la centralina si disattiva dopo 15
secondi trascorsi senza azionare il
pulsante di avviamento. Passato tale
lasso di tempo, riposizionare la chiave
su
OFF e nuovamente su ON per
ripristinarne il funzionamento.
Smontaggio centralina
elettronica
Per rimuovere la centralina elettronica
è necessario rimuovere il serbatoio
carburante (Sez. L 2), scollegare i due
connettori (1) e (2) centralina, svitare
le viti (3) di fissaggio ed estrarre il
cavo (4) massa centralina dalla vite
(3).
Svitare anche l’altra vite (3) ed
estrarre la centralina.
Rimontaggio centralina
elettronica
Fissare (sul lato destro della moto) la
centralina al supporto batteria (5)
impuntando le due viti (3).
Fra la vite posteriore e la centralina
deve essere inserito il cavo massa (4),
come rappresentato in figura.
Attenzione
Per non commettere errori
sull’orientamento della centralina,
tenere presente che i perni (A)
devono essere rivolti verso destra
(rispetto al senso di marcia).
Serrare le viti alla coppia prescritta
(Sez. C 3).
Il connettore (1) ha una morsettiera
grigia (parte telaio-Body), mentre il
connettore (2) ha la morsettiera nera
(parte motore-Engine).
CO content can be adjusted via
software through the "DDS", which
should be connected to the ECU
diagnosis outlet. For relevant
instructions, please refer to
"Adjusting the throttle body" (Sect. D
5).
Warning
The electronic control unit used
in this motorcycle is equipped with an
energy-saving feature.
The electronic control unit will shut
down automatically when the starter
button is not pressed within 15
seconds after turning the ignition key
to ON. This saves power in the event
the key is turned accidentally. To
switch on the control unit, turn the
key to
OFF and back to ON again.
Removing the electronic
control unit
To remove the control unit, remove
the fuel tank (Sect. L 2), disconnect
the two control unit connectors (1)
and (2), unscrew the retaining screws
(3) and detach the control unit ground
cable (4) from the screw (3).
Unscrew the other screw (3) and
remove the control unit.
Refitting the electronic control
unit
Position the control unit to the battery
mount (5) (on the right side of the
motorcycle) and start the two screws
(3) in their holes.
Place the ground cable (4) under the
rear screw as shown in the figure.
Warning
The control unit is in the correct
position when the lugs (A) are
pointing to the right (viewing the
motorcycle from rider position).
Tighten the screws to the specified
torque (Sect. C 3).
The connector (1) has a grey pinout
(frame end -Body), whereas the
connector (2) has a black pinout
(engine end -Engine).
