Revisione imbiellaggio
Eseguire le seguenti verifiche
dimensionali delle bielle:
- gioco di accoppiamento con lo
spinotto al montaggio (Sez. C 1.1).
In caso di usura eccessiva, sostituire
la biella.
La boccola piede di biella deve essere
in buone condizioni e saldamente
piantata nel proprio alloggiamento.
Controllare l'errore di parallelismo
misurato a
100 mm dall'asse
longitudinale della biella:
deve essere
H - h inferiore a 0,02
mm ; in caso contrario sostituire la
biella.
Il diametro della testa deve rientrare
nei valori prescritti (Sez. C 1.1).
Utilizzare preferibilmente alberi
motore e bielle della stessa selezione.
Sostituzione semicuscinetti di
biella
É buona norma sostituire i
semicuscinetti ad ogni revisione del
motore.
Vengono forniti di ricambio pronti per
il montaggio e non devono quindi
essere ritoccati con raschietti o tela
smeriglio.
L’usura dei semicuscinetti di biella
deve rientrare nei valori prescritti
(Sez. C 1.1).
Overhauling the
connecting rods
Perform the following dimensional
checks on the connecting rods:
- connecting rod to gudgeon pin
assembly clearance (Sect. C 1.1).
Change a connecting rod when badly
worn.
Connecting rod small end bush must
be in good condition and firmly set in
its seat.
Measure parallelism error
100 mm
away from the longitudinal axis of the
connecting rod:
H less h must be lower than 0.02
mm . If not so, change the connecting
rod.
Big end diameter must fall within
recommended tolerance (Sect. C
1.1).
Use crankshafts and connecting rods
from the same class.
Changing the connecting rod
big end bearings
Change the bearings every time the
engine is overhauled.
Spare bearings are supplied ready for
installation. They must not be
reworked with scrapers or emery
cloth.
Connecting rod big end bearings wear
must fall within recommended
tolerance (Sect. C 1.1).
