Rimontaggio corpo
farfallato
Se sono stati rimossi i manicotti (4),
riposizionarli sul corpo farfallato con le
fascette (3), orientando manicotti e
fascette come rappresentato in
figura.
Note
Il lato del manicotto da montare
sul corpo farfallato è quello di
diametro minore.
Portare i manicotti a battuta sul corpo
farfallato, facendo coincidere le linee
di unione stampo (D) dei manicotti
con le linee di unione stampo (F) del
corpo farfallato.
Serrare le fascette alla coppia
prescritta (Sez. C 3), rispettando
l’orientamento mostrato in figura e
facendo in modo che non fuoriescano
dalle sedi (E) dei manicotti.
Posizionare il corpo farfallato
completo (11) sul veicolo.
Posizionare le fascette (3) nelle
proprie sedi sui collettori di
aspirazione e serrarle alla coppia
prescritta (Sez. C 3).
Collegare i connettori (C) dal
cablaggio principale agli iniettori (8).
Collegare il connettore (B)
del cablaggio principale al
potenziometro (
2 ).
Importante
In caso di sostituzione del corpo
farfallato o del potenziometro
effettuare l’operazione di
registrazione del corpo farfallato
come descritto alla Sezione D 5.

Refitting the throttle
body
If you have removed the hose
couplings (4), refit them to the throttle
body and lock them with clips (3).
Correct position of hose couplings
and clips is shown in the figure.
Note
Fit the hoses with the smaller
diameter end facing the throttle body.
Push the hoses fully home onto the
throttle body. Line up the mould
parting lines (D) visible on the hoses
with those (F) of the throttle body.
Tighten the clips to the specified
torque (Sect. C 3). Position them as
shown in the figure and make sure
they do not slip off the hose coupling
grooves (E).
Position the complete throttle body
(11) to the motorcycle.
Place the clips (3) in their grooves in
the intake manifolds and tighten to
the specified torque (Sect. C 3).
Connect connectors (C) connecting
main wiring harness to the injectors
(8).
Connect the main wiring harness
connector (B) to the throttle position
sensor (
2 ).
Caution
Should the throttle body or
throttle position sensor be replaced,
adjust the throttle body as specified
under Sect. D 5.
