Verifica posizionamento
cambio
Dopo aver effettuato la
spessorazione degli alberi cambio,
riaprire il carter.
Inserire le forcelle 1
a
- 4
a
, 3
a
- 2
a
velocità (F) e la forcelle 5
a
- 6
a
velocità
(G) negli scanalati degli ingranaggi
scorrevoli.
Montare il tamburo (P) con gli
spessori calcolati.
Posizionare le forchette sul tamburo e
inserire i relativi perni (Q).
Chiudere il carter senza albero motore
per effettuare un controllo di
posizione sul cambio.
Montare il leveraggio selezione
marce (M) ed effettuare la sua
registrazione (vedi Sez. N.7.1).
Checking gearbox position
After shimming the gearbox shafts,
separate the casings.
Insert the forks of the 1
st
- 4
th
, 3
rd
- 2
nd
gears (F) and the fork of the 5
th
- 6
th
gears (G) into the grooves of the
sliding gears.
Fit the fork selector drum (P) with
calculated shims.
Fit the forks to the drum and fit the
pins (Q).
Close the casings without the
crankshaft to check gearbox position.
Install and adjust the gear selector
lever assembly (M) (see Sect. N 7.1).
