Rimontaggio coppia
primaria e verifica gioco
ingranamento
Sgrassare accuratamente l'estremità
conica dell'albero motore e la
corrispondente sull'ingranaggio della
trasmissione primaria.
Verificare che la linguetta (C) e il
distanziale interno (D) siano
posizionati sull’albero motore.
Introdurre l'ingranaggio conduttore
(B) sull'albero motore con il pignone
di comando pompa olio verso il carter.
Bloccarlo provvisoriamente con la
rosetta (6) e la ghiera (5).
Importante
In caso di montaggio di un
ingranaggio conduttore (B) nuovo è
necessario verificarne il gioco di
ingranamento.
Per verificare il gioco di
ingranamento, montare
provvisoriamente la campana frizione
(
1 ) completa di distanziale interno ( 4 ),
ingranaggio condotto ( A ), cuscinetto
a rulli ( 3 ) e anello interno ( 2 ),
sull’albero primario del cambio.
Fissare un comparatore al carter
motore, posizionando il tastatore in
appoggio su di un dente
dell’ingranaggio.
Muovere l'ingranaggio condotto ( A )
fino a portare a contatto le dentature
e verificare che il movimento del
tastatore risulti compreso tra
0,05 e
0,07 mm .
La verifica deve essere fatta in 16
punti dell'ingranaggio condotto.
Se il gioco è fuori tolleranza, provare a
cambiare posizione all'ingranaggio
condotto (
A ) sull'albero primario,
lasciando fermo l’ingranaggio
conduttore (B) sull'albero motore. Se
anche dopo questa prova il gioco non
è quello prescritto, sostituire la coppia
primaria completa (
1 ).
Dopo la verifica del gioco di
ingranamento, bloccare la rotazione
del dado (5) utilizzando l'attrezzo
88713.0137 .
Utilizzando una chiave dinamometria
bloccare il dado (5) alla coppia
prescritta (Sez. C.3).
Ribadire la rosetta (6) sull'ingranaggio
conduttore (B) in corrispondenza della
fresatura, e, in posizione
diametralmente opposta, sul dado (5).
Refitting the primary
drive gear and checking
meshing play
Degrease the taper end of the
crankshaft and the mating surface on
the primary drive gear accurately.
Check that the key (C) and inner
spacer (D) are correctly fitted to the
crankshaft.
Fit the driving gear (B) onto the
crankshaft with oil pump control
sprocket facing the casing.
Temporarily lock with the washer (6)
and the ring nut (5).
Caution
If a new primary driving gear (B)
is fitted, check its meshing play.
To check the meshing clearance,
temporarily fit the clutch housing (
1 )
together with inner spacer ( 4 ), driven
gear ( A ), roller bearing ( 3 ) and inner
ring ( 2 ), onto the gearbox primary
shaft. Fix a dial gauge to the engine
casing and place pointer tip in contact
with a gear tooth.
Turn the driven gear ( A ) to match
teething and check with the dial
gauge that play ranges between
0.05
and 0.07 mm .
Repeat measurement at 16 positions
of the driven gear.
If taken values are outside the
allowed tolerance, change the
position of the driven gear (
A ) onto
the primary shaft. Leave the driving
gear (B) in the same position on
crankshaft. If play is still outside the
limits, change the primary drive gear
pair (
1 ).
When finished, hold the nut (5) with
tool part no.
88713.0137 .
Use a torque wrench to tighten nut (5)
to the specified torque (Sect. C 3).
Bend the washer (6) onto the driving
gear (B) at milled zone and onto the
nut (5) at a diametrically opposed
position.
