Applicare grasso sul filetto e
sottotesta delle viti (A).
Avvitare le due viti (A) di fissaggio
pinza freno (C).
Serrare le viti (A) alla coppia di
serraggio prescritta (Sez. C 3).
Eseguire la stessa operazione per
l’altra pinza freno.
Controllare che i dischi scorrano
liberamente all'interno delle pinze.
Prima di serrare le viti (2) mettere a
terra la moto e spingere sul manubrio
per caricare la sospensione; in questo
modo si otterrà l'assestamento dei
gambali sul perno ruota.
Lubrificare le viti (2).
Bloccare le viti (2) alla coppia
prescritta (Sez. C 3) procedendo con
sequenza 1-2-1.
Grease the thread and underhead of
the screws (A).
Tighten both brake caliper (C) screws
(A).
Tighten the screws (A) to the
specified torque (Sect. C 3).
Repeat the process for the other
caliper.
Check that the brake discs run
smoothly inside the calipers.
Before tightening the pinch bolts (2),
lower the bike to the ground and
press up and down on the handlebars
to load the suspension so the fork
legs will become properly seated
onto the wheel shaft.
Grease the pinch bolts (2).
Tighten the pinch bolts (2) to the
specified torque (Sect. C 3). Tighten
in a 1-2-1 sequence.
