Patient balance
Patient balance feedback control system based on weight
measurement by the load cell controlling the reinfusion pump
(marked green).
Patient balance range:
- 600 ÷ 0

Allowed tolerance
± 50

During Therapy:
Alarm limits:
± 200
g
Patient balance (calculated by the software from weight
change) is compared continuously to the momentary
theoretical value.
Protection system:
Double channel patient balance monitoring with sensor
test during preparation phase.
Alarm override:
Alarm limit can be increased by 100 g by alarm
acknowledge, but reaching the alarm limit ± 400 g
override is not possible anymore.
