22-410 to 22-416, 22-777 Option Remove Failure RAP
22-410 The system manager failed to remove the network scanning (scan to file) option.
22-411 The system manager failed to remove the server fax option.
22-412 The system manager failed to remove the E-mail (scan to E-mail) option.
22-413 The system manager failed to remove the internet fax option.
22-414 The system manager failed to remove the network accounting (JBA) option.
22-415 The system manager failed to remove the on demand image overwrite option.
22-416 The system manager failed to remove the immediate image overwrite option.
22-777 The system manager failed to remove, disable and delete CPSR file cabinet option.
Procedure
Perform the following:
• Switch off the machine, then switch on the machine, GP 14.
• To remove the option perform the following:
1. Press the (Access) button to enter the Tools pathway.
2. On the key pad enter (1111) or the current password and select Enter.
3. Select Go to Tools.
4. Wait for the screen to refresh and select More.
5. Select Optional Services.
6. Select the option to be disabled.
7. Select Disable.
NOTE: An option must be disabled before it can be removed.
8. Select Save
9. Wait for the screen to refresh and select the failed option.
10. Select Remove
11. Select Save
12. Select Confirm
13. Select Exit Tools
14. The machine system reboots.
15. The network controller will reset with the new configuration. When complete the
optional feature removed will not appear in the machine user interface screen.
If the fault is not cleared then reload the software, GP 4.
22-417 Embedded Fax Remove Failure RAP
22-417 The system manager failed to remove the embedded fax option.
Procedure
Perform the following:
• Switch off the machine, then switch on the machine, GP 14.
• To remove the option perform the following:
1. Press the (Access) button to enter the Tools pathway.
2. On the key pad enter (1111) or the current password and select Enter.
3. Select Go to Tools.
4. Wait for the screen to refresh and select More.
5. Select Optional Services.
6. Select the option to be disabled.
7. Select Disable.
NOTE: An option must be disabled before it can be removed.
8. Select Save
9. Wait for the screen to refresh and select the failed option.
10. Select Remove
11. Select Save
12. Select Confirm
13. Select Exit Tools
14. The machine system reboots.
After the machine system reboot. A Fax Install window appears and the options are
to View Install Information, Install now or Install later. Select the option required.
15. The network controller, if fitted will reset with the new configuration. When complete
the optional feature removed will not appear in the machine user interface screen.
• If the embedded fax remove failure still occurs, go to dC132 NVM initialization and select
All Copier NVM and reset the NVM.
• If the embedded fax PWB is to be removed from the machine. Switch off the machine, GP
14. Remove the embedded fax PWB. Switch the machine on, GP 14.
Perform the following:
1. An Options not detected window appears.
2. Select SA confirm.
3. Enter password (1111).
4. Select Enter.
5. Select line 1 fax card.
6. Select Confirm removal of selected option.
7. Repeat for line 2 fax card.
8. Select Confirm removal of selected option.
9. Select Confirm.
10. Select Save.
