16. Insert the combined 2.5-mm Allen wrench and cone extraction tool
through the hole in the ion block blanking plug, and then unscrew and
remove the ion block blanking plug and associated O-ring.
17. If the blanking plug O-ring shows signs of deterioration or damage,
dispose of it in accordance with local environmental regulations.
Warning:
The blanking plug seal can be contaminated with
biohazardous and/or toxic materials. Dispose of it according
to local environmental regulations.
