Introduction to the imPULSE S.U.M. with Touchscreen Console
1.2 Motor drive assembly
The motor drive is vessel-mounted, and features:
• Control from the Touchscreen Console Agitation module
• Stainless steel shafts with linear ball bearings
• A quick-connecting agitator with clamp block
• A guard with hardwired interlock to stop the motor if it is removed
1.3 Pressure control device
The imPULSE pressure control device (PCD) is an optional feature that
allows users to inflate the BPC during installation (prior to operation).
The PCD also maintains the integrity of the BPC while operating and
draining.
