Schematic overview on ICRS tunnel incisions

The ICRS tunnel procedure allows the user to select the diameter, width, and

depth of the tunnel. Up to two entry incisions can be created. The incisions are

radial to the tunnel. The length and position of the cuts are adjustable. A sche‐

matic view of an intrastromal tunnel dissection is shown. The entry incision,

which is marked as the bold blue solid line, is the only opening to the corneal sur‐

face.
