Parameters for penetrating keratoplasty

Every parameter change updates the B scan image automatically (Fig. 80).

Definition
‘Diameter [mm]:’
Diameter of the PKP at the anterior surface of
the cornea.
‘Pachymetry [µm]:’
Pachymetry of the thickest point of the cornea
at the diameter of the PKP.
‘Depth ratio [%]:’
Ratio of cutting depth to pachymetry, should
be above 100 % for PKP.
‘Resulting depth [µm]:’
Cutting depth resulting from pachymetry and
depth ratio.
‘Posterior diameter [mm]:’
Diameter of the PKP at the posterior surface of
the cornea resulting from entered pachymetry,
diameter and side cut angle.
