6.1.3.7 Machine Rename 

Set alias for HCS-8300MO  Series  8  Channels  Audio 

Output  Device  with  a  maximum length of 16  characters 

or less, for example: room combination. It is convenient 

to identify them when more than one HCS-8300MO are 

working together. 

 

a).  Press  the “MENU”  button to enter the  rename 

interface; 

b).  Press the “

/

” button to select character; 

c).  Press the “MENU” button to modify the character, the 

selected character was moved up and highlighted; 

  Press  the “

”  button to clear all the characters 

after the cursor;   

  press  the  “

”  button to select the new character 

from ‘a’ to ‘z’ , ‘_’, and ‘0’ to ‘9’; 

d).  Press the “MENU” button to save at each character;
