Produce outstanding MR details in order by:

G – GP
•
P – partnership
•
PG – partnership, broken down to GP level
•
H – Health Authority
•
Q – Q code
•
R – practice
•
RG – practice, broken down to GP level.
If a print has been requested, details will be printed in the following sequence:
G Print Details will be grouped in GP code order, and MRs will be grouped
by patient name, NHS number or date order within this. GPs will not
be grouped in their partnership.
Count A count of outstanding MRs in GP order.
P Print Details will be grouped in partnership order, and MRs will be
grouped by patient name, NHS number or date order within this.
Each partnership will be printed on a separate page.
Count A count of outstanding MRs in partnership order.
PG Print Details will be grouped in GP order within partnership. MRs will be
grouped by patient name, NHS number or date order within this.
Each GP will be printed on a separate page.
Count A count of outstanding MRs in GP code order within the
partnership. The total number of outstanding records for each
partnership will be included.
R
Print Details will be grouped in practice order, with MRs grouped by
practice.
Count A count of outstanding MRs in practice order.
RG
Print Details will be grouped in practice order. You can additionally order
the print sequence using the
Subsid. Print Sequence field.
Count A count of outstanding MRs in practice order, broken down to GP
level.
H Print Details will be grouped in Health Authority order. You can
additionally order the print sequence using the
Subsid. Print
Sequence field. Each HA will be printed on a separate page.
