Description . . This Analysis Job will allow an organisation to report on the
content of their recorded, retained Medical Record Envelope
boxes.
Box Number range . . . [ ] to [ ]
(leave blank for 'beginning' or 'end')
Date of Deduction . . . [ ]
(to report on boxes where the 'most recent' patient's Date of Deduction is
before this date)
Date of Destruction . . [ ]
(to report on boxes where the 'most recent' patient's MRE's calculated Date of
Destruction is before this date)
Count/Detail (C/D). . . [ ]
Export (Unix/E-mail). . [ ]
Enter 'Y' to put the job into the queue for processing . . . . . . . . . . . [ ]

Understanding the AJ-BNAR Screen
Box Number range
A range of box numbers to report on can be entered. Either field can be left blank to
signify ‘beginning’ or ‘end’ of range. A complete box number need not be entered –
the ‘root’ will suffice.
Date of Deduction
Date of Destruction
Either of these – but not both – can be entered to report on boxes where the ‘most
recent’ patient’s date of deduction, or MRE’s calculated date of destruction is before
the entered date.
Count/Detail (C/D)
Enter either:
•
C to produce a counts report to an email address
•
D to produce a detail report to a Unix file.
Export (Unix/E-mail)
If you are requesting a counts report, you must enter an email address.
Alternatively, if you are requesting a detail report, you must enter a valid Unix path,
for example
/down/ .
