Understanding the AJ-RPSE Screen
Email for parameters
This field shows the email address of the person – as specified on the UA screen – who
will receive a list of the parameters used to create the patient selection.
The email will include:
•
the user ID;
•
the date and time the analysis job was requested; and
•
the total number of patients found.
In this field you can either:
•
leave the email address as it is;
•
enter a new email address – by overtyping the default address; or
•
blank out the default address in the field so that an email is not sent.
Address Code(s)
Enter an address code, or series of codes.
DHA Code(s)
Enter a DHA code, or codes, for the selection criteria.
Codes
Enter the GP code(s), national practice code(s) or PCO code(s). If more than one national
practice code or PCO code is entered as selection criteria, then the listings print will start a
new page for each change of national practice code or PCO code. Otherwise, the listings
print will start a new page for each change of GP code.
Type
This field may contain a value of G , N or P . The default value is G .
•
G is required if you wish to specify one or more GP codes as selection criteria;
•
N is required if you wish to specify one or more national practice codes as
selection criteria; or
•
P is required if you wish to specify one or more PCO codes as selection criteria.
A single-selection pop-up box is available on this input field.
Start DoB
The earliest date of birth to select. Enter the date of birth using any of the accepted formats:
•
dd.mm.yy
•
dd/mm/yy
•
dd.mm.ccyy
•
dd/mm/ccyy.
End DoB
The latest date of birth to select. Enter the date using any of the formats shown previously.
