AJ-FPUP
AJ-FPUP – FP69 Details Upload
This job will perform the bulk setting of FP69 statuses for patients whose details are
supplied in a UNIX file. The upload file should be created using a spreadsheet such as
Microsoft Excel and saved as a .CSV (comma-separated values) file. See
Input File
below for details. This file must then be copied to your NHAIS system using FTP.
Two report files will be produced once the job has run; one containing details of
successful updates and the other containing details of failures.
An email summarising the result of the upload may be requested.
Using AJ-FPUP
You can run AJ-FPUP in one of two ways:
•
as a single, ad hoc run, or
•
as part of an automated process.
To access this job, enter a key of
AJ
and a qualifier of
FPUP
. An explanation of the
required entries for each field for each type of run can be found later in this chapter.
NOTE
You cannot enter parameters for both an ad hoc AJ-FPUP run and the
automatic processing of any uploaded files.
Individual Runs
For a single, ad hoc run you must complete the following fields:
•
Input File
– enter the UNIX path and filename of the file containing the
details of patients that require their FP69 status setting.
•
Unix Path for report files
– enter the UNIX path for the destination of the
report files. A default path, as defined on the SP-S screen, will be displayed.

date from which the patient record will be checked for activity.
If the patient’s registration data on the NHAIS system has been amended since

– enter the position that any patient
notes will be added. This field will default to the value that was entered when
the job was last run.
