Error Messages
ERROR MESSAGE MEANING / ACTION
RUN TYPE invalid Enter a ‘Y’ in either the ‘Statistics’ or ‘Detail’
fields, but not in both.
STATUS invalid Enter:
•
‘A’ to include FP69 audit records that are
awaiting FP69 deduction;
•
‘D’ for those now deducted, but not ‘R/U’;
•
‘P’ for those deducted ‘R/U’; or
•
‘R’ for those where the FP69 status has now
been removed.
TYPE vs STATUS You may only enter a status if a detailed run has
been selected.
DAYS invalid Must be a whole number from zero upwards.
PRACTICE invalid
Enter ‘N’ or a valid practice code as defined on the
PC screen.
PCO invalid Enter ‘N’ or a valid PCO code as defined on the HG
screen.
PRACTICE vs PCO You may enter a practice code or a PCO Code, but
not both.
DATE in future The ‘from’ date of the date set range must not be in
the future.
DATE invalid Enter a valid date in D.M.Y or D/M/Y format.
FROM DATE req’d
If the ‘to’ date of a date range has been entered a
‘from’ date is also required.
FROM > TO
The ‘from’ date must not be after the ‘to’ date.
SET vs EXP DATES Only one date range may be entered.
TO DATE req’d
If the ‘from’ date of a date range has been entered a
‘to’ date is also required.
INIT. invalid
The ‘Include initiatives containing’ field must not
include tilde (~) or backslash (\) characters.
REASON invalid If entered, the reason code must be ‘N’ or a numeric
value in the range 1–8.
PATH cannot be accessed The NHAIS system does not have permission to
write to the selected UNIX path.
PATH does not exist The selected UNIX path does not exist.
PATH has null entry The UNIX path must not contain ‘//’.
