‘Breakdown of MREs received and logged in from GPs’
This shows the number and percentage of records received from GPs within certain
time periods. It can be interpreted in the exactly the same way as the report for HAs,
which is described above.
NOTE
¾
The time periods for this GP report differ from those for the HA report.
‘Other HAs sorted by RETURN RATE of Requested MREs’
This shows the number of records received within and after 6 weeks from individual
HAs. Details are broken down into bands of less than 2 weeks, 2 weeks and less than
3 weeks, 3 weeks and less than 4 weeks, 4 weeks and less than 5 weeks, 5 weeks and
less than 6 weeks, 6 weeks and over.
The HAs are ordered depending on how high a return rate they have achieved,
beginning with those with the lowest percentage. A return rate of over 50% means
that more Medical Records were returned by the HA within 6 weeks than after this
time period.
This report therefore shows how efficient each HA has been in returning Medical
Records.
Column
Title
Meaning
Total Rec’d
Refers to all Medical Records received from each HA.
No. Rec’d < 6 Weeks
The number of records received within 6 weeks of the
start date are broken down into the bands described
above. The ‘start date’ is the date added (as shown on
the ID screen). For deductions the ‘date added’ is the
date the deduction was actioned on the system.
No. Rec’d After 6 Weeks
Refers to the number of records received from each
HA after 6 weeks from the start date. The ‘start date’
is the date added (as shown on the ID screen). For
deductions the ‘date added’ is the date the deduction
was actioned on the system.
Return Rate %
The Return Rate is a percentage which shows what
proportion of the total number of records, from a
particular HA, were received within the first 6 weeks.
It is calculated for each HA, and shows how efficient
each one has been in returning Medical Records.
‘Other HAs sorted by HA CIPHER’
This shows the same information as the report above, but with the HAs placed in
alphabetical order according to their ciphers.
You can refer to this report to easily locate the performance results of a specific HA.
