AJ-ALNO
This job will produce an analysis of the “PDS Allocated NHS No.” audit file which records
details of patient registrations on the system where the NHS number was allocated by
the PDS system. Output can be to a Unix file or an email address.
AJ-ASCT
Use the Age/Sex Count Transfer screen to: extract counts of patients registered on your
database; send and receive information on fringe counts to other HAs, over the network;
produce management information reports on counts; and accumulate counts received
from other HAs with counts extracted from your database for the Prescription Pricing
Authority (PPA) returns.
AJ-BNAR
This analysis job will allow an organisation to report on the content of their recorded,
retained medical record envelope boxes.
AJ-BNIO
This analysis job will report on the medical record boxes that a particular user has
worked on over a date range.
AJ-CAPR
The Capitation screen enables Ad Hoc and Final Registration Capitation reports to be
requested. Options enable you to include GP statements, deprived area counts and bulk
transfer details. The Ad Hoc report will show a snapshot of the capitation figures, before
the quarter was closed. The Final report will show the capitation figures, as they stood
when the quarter was closed.
AJ-DADA
Use the Delete Age Data screen to delete unwanted current historic, deducted historic or
deducted patient data from your system. The job will produce a print to confirm the
number of records identified and deleted.
AJ-DEPL
Use the Deprivation screen to report on deprivation levels and payments. This job will
enable you to create two listings: a comparative listing detailing Ward and Enumeration
District (ED) deprivation levels for a selected GP, partnership or all GPs on your
database; and a detailed listing showing deprivation levels (Ward/ED) for a selected GP,
partnership or all GPs on your database.
AJ-DPRA
A facility for the bulk deduction, with a deduction type of ‘R/A’, of a small number of
patients (up to a maximum of 50) to their ‘housing’ NHAIS system
AJ-DPRB
A facility for the bulk deduction of a larger number of patients (more than 50) to their
‘housing’ NHAIS system
AJ-DSPR
This screen allows you to remove the dispensing marker from a selected group of
patients. The group of patients may be selected either by GP code only or by GP code
with address code(s) and/or postcode(s).
AJ-FPAN
Provides information on FP69 Status settings and resulting patient deductions allowing
the result of list cleaning initiatives to be monitored. A download of patients with FP69
audit data may also be requested.
AJ-FPRM
Remove the FP69 status for patients whose details are input. Produces two report files;
one containing details of successful updates, the other details of failures.
AJ-FPUP
Performs the bulk setting of FP69 statuses for patients whose details are supplied in a
UNIX upload file. The upload file is created using a spreadsheet such as Excel.
AJ-GPDL
Reports produced by AJ-GPDL will help monitor patients details deducted from the
Health Authority within a specified time frame.
AJ-GRED
The NSTS Project requires all HAs to provide a download of GP, Partnership, Practice
and PCG data for reconciliation purposes. This screen allows you to download selected
data and write it to tape.
AJ-IMEL
Use the Immigrant Label screen to set parameters for processing Immigrant Enquiry
Address labels. These labels can be attached to letters sent to patients assigned with an
immigrant status, requesting confirmation of their address.
AJ-LLSE
The Letter Library Selection Analysis Job provides an easy way of producing personal
letters for large groups of people. AJ-LLSE also allows you to select specific patients or
generate a random selection.
AJ-MREL
This job will enable you to: print a list for all patients registered with a specific GP or
Partnership; and print Medical Record Envelope (MRE) Labels for all patients registered
with a specific GP or Partnership under a new format NHS number.
