start position so that a limit input is
not reached.
The input signal sensor wiring is
incorrect or the sensor is faulty. Correct the wiring of the input signal
sensor or replace the sensor.

rect. Correct the wiring of the limit signal. Check to see if any of the conditions
that are given as causes exist in
advance.
The limit sensor is installed in the
wrong location. Correct the installation locations of
the limit sensors so that they do not
turn ON at the same time.
The contact logic of the limit signal is
not correct. Correct the contact logic (N.C./N.O.)
of the limit signal.
The limit sensor failed. Replace the limit sensor.
