Procedura di emergenza
per lo sblocco
dell’immobilizer
Se non funziona il sistema immobilizer
è possibile utilizzare una procedura di
emergenza di seguito indicata, che
permette l'avviamento del motore.

portare la chiave di avviamento
in posizione ON e ruotare
completamente la manopola
acceleratore mantenendola in
posizione di piena apertura. La
spia EOBD (4) che si era accesa,
si spegne dopo 8 secondi
2 allo spegnimento della spia EOBD
rilasciare l'acceleratore
3 la spia EOBD inizia a lampeggiare.
Occorre ora inserire il codice
elettronico di sblocco riportato
sulla CODE CARD consegnata al
cliente all'atto della consegna della
moto da parte del concessionario.
4 contare un numero di lampeggi
della spia EOBD pari alla prima cifra
del codice segreto. Dopo di che
aprire completamente l'acceleratore
e rimanere in posizione per due
secondi, quindi rilasciarlo. La spia
EOBD si accende fissa e rimane in
questo stato per quattro secondi,
indicando in questo modo il
riconoscimento della prima cifra
del codice segreto. Ripetere l'
operazione fino all' introduzione dell'
ultima cifra. Nel caso in cui non si
compia nessuna operazione con l'
acceleratore la spia EOBD pulserà
per 20 volte, poi si accenderà in
modo fisso e la procedura dovrà
essere ripetuta dal punto 1.
5 Al rilascio della manopola
acceleratore, in caso di codice
correttamente introdotto:
- la spia EOBD lampeggia per
indicare l'avvenuto sblocco per
4 sec., poi si spegne (oppure si
spegne immediatamente se viene
avviato il motore prima dei 4 sec.).
- la spia CODE sul display lampeggia
per indicare l'avvenuto sblocco; il
lampeggio permane fino a quando
viene avviato il motore.
6 Se il codice NON è stato introdotto
correttamente la spia EOBD e
CODE rimangono accese ed è
possibile ripetere le operazioni a
partire dal punto 1. per un
numero illimitato di volte.
Immobilizer override
procedure
If the immobilizer system is not
functioning you can use the
following emergency procedure
to start the engine.

turn the ignition key to ON and
turn the throttle grip to its fully
open position. The EOBD (4) light,
which will have illuminated, will
switch off after 8 seconds.
2 when the EOBD light switches
off, release the throttle.
3 the EOBD light will now start
flashing. Now enter the electronic
release code shown on the CODE
CARD given to the customer
when the motorcycle was
delivered by the dealer.
4 count a number of flashes of the
EOBD light equivalent to the first
number of the secret code. At this
point open the throttle completely
and leave it in the fully open
position for two seconds before
releasing it. The EOBD indicator
light illuminates steadily for four
seconds, thereby confirming that
the first digit of the secret code has
been acknowledged. Repeat the
operation until you have entered
the final digit. If you fail to perform
any operation with the throttle, the
EOBD light will flash 20 times and
then illuminate steadily to inform
you that the procedure must be
repeated from step 1.
5 When you release the throttle, if the
code was inserted in the correct
way, the following will occur:
- the EOBD light will flash for
4 seconds to indicate that the
system is unlocked and then
switch off (or switches off
immediately if the engine is
started within the four seconds).
- the CODE symbol on the display
flashes to indicate the system is
unlocked; this continues until the
engine is started.
6 Should the code NOT be entered
correctly the EOBD light and
CODE symbol stay on and the
procedure can be repeated
starting from step 1 for as
many times as necessary.
