Rimontaggio forcellone
posteriore
Rimontare il pattino catena
superiore (13) e quello inferiore (16)
fissandoli con le viti (15).
Applicare frenafiletti prescritto sulle
viti (15) e serrarle alla coppia di
serraggio prescritta (Sez. C 3).
Rimontare il paracatena (
14 )
fissandolo con le viti ( 12 ).
Applicare alle viti ( 12 ) frenafiletti
prescritto e successivamente serrarle
alla coppia prescritta (Sez. C 3).
Eseguire il montaggio del
forcellone (17) posizionandolo
nell’apposita sede sul telaio.
Lubrificare con grasso prescritto il perno
forcellone (1) ed infilarlo completo di
eccentrico (2) fino a battuta sul telaio.
Nel lato opposto della moto montare
l’altro eccentrico (2) e fissare il perno
forcellone (1) con la vite (4) dopo averla
lubrificata con grasso prescritto.
Serrare la vite (4) alla coppia prescritta
(Sez. C 3).

Fissare l’ammortizzatore
e il tirante sul forcellone
posteriore G 7
Rimontare la ruota
posteriore G 4
Rimontare la pinza freno
posteriore G 6
Rimontare la
trasmissione secondaria G 8
Refitting the rear
swingarm
Refit the upper (13) and the lower (16)
chain rubbing strips, securing them
with the screws (15).
Apply the recommended threadlocker
to the screws (15) and tighten to the
specified torque (Sect. C 3).
Refit the chain guard (
14 ), fixing it
with the screws ( 12 ).
Apply the recommended threadlocker
and tighten the screws (
12 ) to the
specified torque (Sect. C 3).
Locate the swingarm (17) on the frame.
Lubricate the swingarm pivot shaft (1)
with the recommended grease and
insert it complete with eccentric (2)
fully into the frame.
On the opposite side of the bike, fit
the the other eccentric (2) and
secure the swingarm pivot shaft (1)
with the screw (4) after having
applied the recommended grease.
Tighten the screw (4) to the
specified torque (Sect. C 3).

absorber and linkage to

Refit the rear wheel G 4
Refit the rear brake

Refit the final drive
