Revisione e verifiche
componenti frizione
Verifica gioco fra campana
frizione e disco conduttore
Inserire il disco conduttore (A)
nella campana (B) e misurare con
spessimetro il gioco esistente (S).
Deve risultare “S” non superiore a
0,6 mm .
In caso contrario sostituire i dischi
ed eventualmente la campana.
Revisione dischi frizione
I dischi frizione non devono
presentare tracce di bruciature, solchi
o deformazioni.
Misurare lo spessore dei dischi
conduttori (quelli con materiale di
attrito); non deve essere inferiore
a
2,3 mm .
Appoggiare il disco su di un piano e
controllare con uno spessimetro
l'entità della deformazione.
Errore max. di planarità:
0,2 mm .
Revisione piatto spingidisco
Verificare le condizioni del cuscinetto:
in caso presenti gioco eccessivo,
sostituirlo.
Verificare la superficie a contatto con
l'ultimo disco condotto; se risulta
molto segnata, procedere a levigatura
seguendo la procedura descritta per il
piano testa.
Controllare le condizioni dei
bicchierini guida molla e sostituire
sempre, ad ogni revisione, gli
scodellini di tenuta molla.
Revisione molle frizione
Misurare la lunghezza libera “L”
di ogni molla:
Lunghezza minima:
36,5 mm .
Sostituire sempre ogni molla che
risulti inferiore a tale limite.
Checking and
overhauling the clutch
components
Clearance between clutch
housing and drive plate
Insert drive plate (A) in clutch
housing (B) and measure clearance (S)
with a feeler gauge.
Clearance “S” must not exceed
0.6 mm .
If it does, change the plates and,
if necessary, the clutch housing.
Overhauling the clutch plates
The clutch plates must not show
any signs of blackening, grooves or
deformation.
Measure the thickness of the drive
plates (friction plates). It should not
be less than
2.3 mm .
Place the plate on a flat surface and
check the amount of deformation
with a feeler gauge.
Max flatness error:
0.2 mm .
Overhauling the pressure plate
Check the condition of the bearing:
change bearing if you find too
much play.
Check contact surface of last driven
plate. If extremely scored, polish it in
the same manner as described for the
head surface.
Check the condition of the spring
guide cups and always replace the
spring retainer caps.
Overhauling the clutch springs
Measure the length “L” of each spring:
Minimum length:
36.5 mm .
Change any springs that are shorter
than the above limit value.
