Cablare il connettore diagnosi (20)
con la fascetta (21) ed il connettore
stampella (36) come mostra la figura.
Posizionare il cavo (H) sul teleruttore (18)
inserendo la rosetta (19) ed impuntando
il dado (17).
Serrare il dado alla coppia prescritta
(Sez. C 3).
Inserire il teleruttore (18) nell'apposita
sede, inserendolo nei dentini ricavati
nel supporto batteria.
Collegare i connettori del teleruttore (14)
e (15).
Fascettare con la fascetta (A) il cavo
del connettore (15) al ramo principale
destro (I).
Cablare il relais (28) con la fascetta (16).
Collegare il connettore (13) con quello
del regolatore di tensione e cablarli
con la fascetta (12).
Attenzione
Verificare che il cavo (T)
dell'alternatore ed il cavo (U) del
motorino avviamento siano posizionati
come mostrato in figura.
Montare il paracalore (11) serrando
alla coppia prescritta le viti (10) di
fissaggio.
Rimontare la batteria nel supporto e
quest’ultimo nel motoveicolo
eseguendo in ordine inverso le
operazioni di smontaggio.
Ricollegare i cavi del supporto batteria
con quelli del motoveicolo (Sez. P 1) e
rimontare la carena sinistra (Sez. E 2).
Wire up the diagnostics connector (20)
with the clip (21) and side stand
connector (36) as shown in the figure.
Position the cable (H) on the
contactor (18), fit the washer (19)
and the nut (17).
Tighten the nut to the specified
torque (Sect. C 3).
Fit the contactor (18) in its mount,
inserting it in the lugs in the battery
mount.
Connect the contactor connectors (14)
and (15).
Fasten the cable of connector (15) to
the RH wiring harness (I) with tie (A).
Secure the relay (28) with the clip (16).
Connect connector (13) with the
voltage regulator connector and
secure them with the clip (12).
Warning
Check that generator cable (T)
and starter motor cable (U) are
positioned as shown in the figure.
Fit the heat shield (11) and tighten the
screws (10) to the specified torque.
Reinstall the battery in the mount and
refit the mount to the motorcycle by
reversing the removal operations.
Reconnect the battery mount wiring to
the motorcycle wiring (Sect. P 1) and
refit the LH side fairing (Sect. E 2).
