Pulire tutte le canalizzazioni di
lubrificazione utilizzando spazzole
metalliche di diametro opportuno e
soffiando poi con aria compressa
per eliminari eventuali residui che
potrebbero limitare il passaggio
dell'olio.
Mettere alcune gocce di frenafiletti
THREE BOND 1375B sia sulla
filettatura dei grani (4) e (8) e
rimontare.
Serrare i grani (4) e (8) alla coppia
prescritta (Sez. C 3).
Verifica accoppiamento
semicuscinetti-perno biella
Per verificare il gioco di
accoppiamento tra semicuscinetti e
albero motore è necessario utilizzare
una barretta (A) di “Plastigage PG-1
colore VERDE” posizionata sul perno
di biella. Montare la biella con i
semicuscinetti originali e serrare
le viti alla coppia di
50 Nm .
Rimuovere la biella e verificare lo
spessore della barretta con l'apposita
banda di riferimento (B).
Gioco di accoppiamento
semicuscinetti di biella-perno albero
motore (Sez. C 1.1).
Se lo spessore rilevato,
corrispondente al gioco esistente,
non rientra nei limiti prescritti
(Sez. C 1.1) è necessario sostituire i
semicuscinetti o l'albero motore.
Clean all the oilways using suitable
diameter metal brushes and then
blowing in with compressed air to
remove any residues that may have
accumulated and that are restricting
the oil flow.
Apply a few drops of THREE BOND
1375B threadlocker to the thread of
grub screws (4) and (8), and refit.
Tighten grub screws (4) and (8) to the
specified torque (Sect. C 3).
Checking bearing-crank pin
coupling
To check the assembly clearance
between the bearings and crankshaft
you will need a bar (A) of GREEN
“Plastigage PG-1” located on the
crank pin. Fit the con-rod with the
original bearings and torque the
screws to
50 Nm .
Remove the connecting rod and
check the thickness (clearance) of
the bar of Plastigage by means of
the reference band (B).
Con-rod bearings-crankpin coupling
clearance (Sect. C 1.1.).
If the thickness measured
corresponding to the existing
clearance is not within the prescribed
limits (Sect. C 1.1), either the bearings
or the crankshaft must be replaced.
