749/749 DARK/749S Aggiornamento/Update
- M.Y. 2006 - edizione/edition 00
orizzontale;
- il secondo, passando attraverso
una vite forata nel semicarter
alternatore, raffredda il cielo del
pistone verticale;
- il terzo, passando attraverso un
condotto del coperchio frizione,
porta l’olio all’albero motore fino a
lubrificare il cuscinetto alternatore,
e tramite una tubazione esterna
alle due teste.
Su questo circuito è posizionato il
trasmettitore di pressione.
L’olio, così fluito all’interno dell’albero
motore, va a lubrificare i semi-
cuscinetti della testa di biella.
Continuando a fluire attraverso il canale
interno all’albero, l’olio, mediante fori
radiali sull’albero stesso, lubrifica
l’anello interno ingranaggio avviamento
e la ruota libera avviamento.
Viene centrifugato sull’alternatore
pressione e lubrificati i vari organi
fin qui descritti, nel ricadere nel
basamento, lubrifica la trasmissione
primaria, il cambio ed i cuscinetti di
supporto degli alberi cambio.
Circuito di sfiato vapori
basamento
Il circuito di sfiato dei vapori che
vengono a crearsi all’interno del
basamento comprende una valvola
di sfiato lamellare (T) posta sulla
sommità del semicarter destro, un
serbatoio di recupero (U) all’interno
del quale una parte di vapori
condensa, ed una tubazione di
collegamento all’air-box (V).
Smontaggio filtri olio
Per le operazioni di smontaggio,
controllo e rimontaggio dei gruppi
cartuccia e filtro olio a rete seguire
quanto descritto (Sez. D 4).
From the cooler, the oil flows to the
filter cartridge (P), which is also
protected by an internal valve to
ensure oil will continue to flow in
the event of the filter becoming
clogged (although in this case the
oil will no longer be filtered).
After the filter, the oil flow is divided
into three circuits:
- the first circuit sends the oil
through a set of jets to cool the
horizontal piston crown;
- the second sends the oil through a
bored screw in the generator casing,
to cool the vertical piston crown;
- the third circuit rakes the oil
through a oil way in the clutch
cover to the crankshaft and the
generator bearing, and from there
through an external pipe to the
two cylinder heads.
This circuit incorporates the oil
pressure sender.
The oil flows through the inside of
the crankshaft and on to lubricate
the big end shell bearings.
Continuing to flow through the
crankshaft internal oilway, the oil flows
through radial holes in the crankshaft
to lubricate the internal ring of the
starter gear and the starter clutch.
It is centrifuged on the generator
trough a special passage in order
to reduce it temperature.
Finally, as it flows out of the opposite
side with respect to the inlet, the oil
lubricates the crankshaft support
bearing in the generator cover.
Once the oil has been pumped out
of the circuit under pressure and
lubricated all the parts described
above, it returns to the engine
block where it lubricates the primary
drive gears, the gearbox, and the
gearbox shaft support bearings.
Crankcase oil vapour breather
circuit
The breather circuit for the oil vapour
that forms inside the crankcase
consists of a breather valve (T) located
on the top of the right crankcase half,
a recovery reservoir (U), inside which
some of the vapour condenses, and a
connecting pipe to the airbox (V).
Removing the oil filters
For the procedures of removal,
checking, and refitting of the cartridge
and mesh filter assemblies, follow
the instructions in (Sect. D 4).
