Smontaggio impianto di
lubrificazione
Note
Il motoveicolo viene prodotto
con due diversi tipi di radiatore olio, le
immagini di seguito riportate possono
non rispettare l’aspetto reale del
radiatore montato, ma questo non
comporta nessuna variazione nelle
varie fasi di smontaggio, ispezione e
rimontaggio.
Svitare i dadi (A) delle tubazioni di
mandata e di ritorno (7), dai nippli (5)
e scollegarle dal motore.
Durante lo smontaggio fare
attenzione a non perdere le
guarnizioni OR (
6 ) che garantiscono
la tenuta dell’accoppiamento.
Svitare e rimuovere la vite (14)
di fissaggio radiatore (1) alla testa
orizzontale e rimuovere il distanziale (3).
Rimuovere il radiatore olio (1)
sfilandolo dal piolo (15) sul lato
sinistro della testa orizzontale.
A questo punto è possibile rimuovere
il piolo (15) di sostegno radiatore olio
della testa orizzontale.
Svitare i nippli (5) sul semicarter
recuperando le guarnizioni (4).
Svitare i dadi (B) sulle tubazioni di
mandata e ritorno (7) e rimuoverle
dai nippli (5) sul radiatore.
Svitare i nippli (5) sul radiatore (1),
recuperando le guarnizioni (4).

Removing the lubrication
system
Notes
The motorcycle is produced
with two different kinds of oil cooler;
the images given below may not
show your model, but the
disassembly, inspection and
reinstallation procedures are the
same in all cases.
Undo the nuts (A) on the delivery and
return hoses (7) and the nipples (5)
and disconnect them from the engine.
During disassembly, make sure not to
lose or damage the O-rings (
6 ) which
ensure a tight coupling.
Undo and remove screw (14) securing
the cooler (1) to the horizontal head
and remove spacer (3).
Remove the oil cooler (1) by pulling it
off the pin (15) on the LH side of the
horizontal head.
It is now possible to remove the
pin (15) which secures the oil cooler
to the horizontal head.
Unscrew the nipples (5) on the casing
and recover the gaskets (4).
Undo the nuts (B) on the delivery and
return hoses (7) and remove them
from the cooler nipples (5).
Unscrew the nipples (5) on the
cooler (1) and recover the gaskets (4).
