4 - PARAFANGO
ANTERIORE
Smontaggio parafango
anteriore
Rimuovere le pinze freno anteriori
svitando le viti di fissaggio (C) senza
scollegare le tubazioni.
Per rimuovere il parafango è
necessario rimuovere la ruota
anteriore come descritto alla
Sezione G 1.
Scollegare la tubazione freno
anteriore dalla graffetta (1).
Sfilare il gommino (A) con
tubazione (B) dal parafango.
Svitare e rimuovere le viti di
fissaggio (2) recuperando le relative
rosette in nylon (3).
Rimuovere il parafango anteriore (4).
Note
La graffetta (1) è fissata al
parafango anteriore mediante un
rivetto a strappo (5) con interposte
due rosette (6).
Rimontaggio parafango
anteriore
Attenzione
Non provare il motociclo senza
il parafango anteriore in quanto
questo elemento funge da supporto
alla tubazione freno, evitando che
questa vada ad interferire con la
ruota, durante la frenata.
Posizionare il parafango anteriore e
impuntare le viti di fissaggio (2) con le
relative rosette (3).
Posizionare il gommino (A) sulla
tubazione ed inserirlo nell’asola del
parafango.
Posizionare il gommino presente sulla
tubazione del freno anteriore nella
graffetta (1) del parafango.
Serrare le viti (2) alla coppia prescritta
(Sez. C 3).
Rimontare la ruota anteriore come
descritto nella Sezione G 1.
Montare le pinze freno anteriore
(Sez. G 3).
4 - FRONT MUDGUARD
Removing the front
mudguard
Remove the front brake callipers by
undoing their bolts (C) without
disconnecting the hoses.
To remove the mudguard, first
remove the front wheel as described
in Section G 1.
Disconnect the front brake hose from
the clip (1).
Extract the rubber grommet (A)
complete with hose (B) from the
mudguard.
Remove retaining screws (2) and
recover the nylon washers (3).
Remove front mudguard (4).
Notes
The clip (1) is secured to the
front mudguard by means of a shear
rivet (5) with two washers (6).
Refitting the front
mudguard
Warning
Do not ride the motorcycle
without the front mudguard. The front
mudguard also acts as a brake hose
support and prevents brake hose
from touching the wheel when
braking.
Position front mudguard and start
retaining screws (2) with washers (3)
into their threads.
Fit grommet (A) to the hose and insert
it into the slot in the mudguard.
Locate the front brake hose grommet
in the mudguard clip (1).
Tighten screws (2) to the specified
torque (Sect. C 3).
Refit the front wheel as described
in Section G 1.
Refit the front brake callipers
(Sect. G 3).
