Rimuovere il fermo (2) dello
spinotto (3) dal lato frizione.
Operando dal lato opposto, sfilare
lo spinotto quel tanto che basta
da disimpegnare la biella.
Sfilare completamente il gruppo
cilindro-pistone, dai prigionieri del
basamento. Dovendo intervenire sul
pistone, sfilarlo con cautela, dal cilindro.
Rimuovere dai prigionieri delle teste
le quattro guarnizioni OR (19) di
tenuta tra cilindro e guarnizione (13)
sul gruppo carter.
Importante
Contrassegnare i pistoni in
funzione del cilindro di appartenenza:
V= Verticale - O= Orizzontale
Portare il pistone del cilindro
verticale vicino al P.M.S. ed agire
analogamente al cilindro
orizzontale per rimuovere il gruppo
cilindro-pistone verticale.
Remove the circlip (2) from the
gudgeon pin (3) on the clutch side.
Working from the opposite side,
draw out the gudgeon pin sufficiently
to disengage the connecting rod.
Lift the cylinder/piston assembly clear
of the engine crankcase studs. If work
is to be carried out on the piston,
carefully withdraw it from the cylinder.
Remove the four O-rings (19) located
on the crankcase studs between the
cylinder and the gasket (13).
Important
Mark the pistons to show from
which cylinder they were removed:
V= Vertical - H= Horizontal
To remove the vertical cylinder-piston
assembly, bring the vertical piston to
TDC and proceed as for removal of
the horizontal cylinder.
