If any section's number of sensors exceeds 35, the remaining
sensors are listed on next page(s). If so, a pagination bar similar
to the following diagram displays in this section, which you can
click any button to switch between pages.
5. Click Save. This button is located at the bottom of the page.
Important: Although it is possible to selectively enable/disable
logging for individual sensors on the EMX, it is NOT recommended to
do so.
Information about Update Interval
Though the environmental sensors are measured per second, their
readings may not be updated per second. The update interval varies
depending on the total number of environmental sensors connected to
the EMX and the sensor type. The more the environmental sensors are
connected, the longer the update interval is. It is strongly recommended
to type a larger value in the Measurements Per Log Entry field when
there are a lot of environmental sensors connected. See
Setting Data

(on page 245).
Raritan environmental sensors can be divided into two categories
according to the update interval of the sensor reading or sensor state.

Normal type: Sensor readings or states are updated at a longer
interval, which ranges between 3 to 40 seconds according to the total
number of connected environmental sensors. Most Raritan
environmental sensors belong to this type, such as the temperature
or humidity sensor.

High priority type: Sensor readings or states are updated at a shorter
interval, which is less than or equal to 3 seconds. Raritan contact
closure sensors belong to this type.
