Reseat the following components:

Microprocessor 2 (see “Removing a
microprocessor and heat sink” on page 57 and
“Installing a microprocessor and heat sink” on
page 59)
2. Replace the components listed in step 1 one at a
time, in the order shown, restarting the server
each time.
301 Keyboard failure.
1. If you have installed a USB keyboard, run the
Setup Utility program and enable keyboardless
operation to prevent the POST error message 301
from being displayed during startup (see “Using
the Setup Utility program” on page 11).
2. Check the function of the shared BladeCenter
unit resources (see “Solving shared BladeCenter
resource problems” on page 160).
3. (Trained service technician only) Replace the
system-board assembly (see “Removing the
system-board assembly” on page 62 and
“Installing the system-board assembly” on page
62).
303 Keyboard controller error. (Trained service technician only) Replace the
system-board assembly (see “Removing the

602 Invalid diskette boot record.
