2. Locate RPM & Pm on Sea Lev el Chart (Pt. B)
3. Transfer "B" to Sea Lev el on Altitude Chart (Pt. C)
4. Draw  line "Y" from "C" through "A"
5. Locate Pt. "D" at ambient Pressure Altitude
6. Draw  v ertical line through "Z" through "D"
7. Read HP from intersection of "Y" and "Z"
Correct HP for inlet air:
  Add 1% for each 10° below  standard altitude temp (Ts)
