Die Ratchetblöcke an die bugseitig an die
Wanten-Püttings schäkeln, ggf. den Trapez-
karabiner temporär heruasnehmen. Den Hal-
tegummi mittig durch das Loch des Rachet
schieben, beide Enden mit halben Schlägen
versehen und eine Seite hochziehen und mit
einem halben Schlag an die Wanten knoten.
Shackle the ratchetblocks on the bow side
of the shrout fittings (if required remove
the trapeze shackle temporarely). Feed the
shock cord through the centerhole of the
ratchet block and tie half hitches on both
ends. Pull up one side of the shock cord and
tie it with a half hitch to the shrouts.
Nach dem Mast stellen die Enden des Gen-
nakerfalls wieder auseinanderknoten, die
Kugel über das Ende auf der Backbordseite
schieben und mit einem möglichst kleinen
Palstek mit dem Topwirbel verbinden.
After stepping the mast, remove the knot at the
end of the gennaker halyard. Take the end of
the port side, put the ropeball on it and connect
it with a small bowline to the top swivel.
Das andere Ende des Gennakerfalls von
oben durch die Schwenkklemme am Mast
fädeln, so dass diese belegt werden kann.
Das Ende hinter der Schwenkklemme mit
einem 8-Knoten sichern.
Feed the other end of the gennaker halyard
from the top through the swivel clamp and
secure the end with an figure 8 knot.
Ein Ende (größeres Auge) der Antitorsions-
leine an den Bolzen im Topwirbel befestigen.
Connect one end (big eyelead) of the anti-
torsion-lead with the top swivel.
