MIDDLE!
Der Steuermann hebt -von achtern nach
vorne gehend- den Mast an und wird dabei
vom Vorschoter mit dem ganzen Körperge-
wicht unterstützt.
The helm lifts the mast, going from rear to
front, while the crew is supporting with full
body weight.
TIP: Beide beobachten während des Auf-
richtens die richtige Position der Drähte und
Terminals um ggf. korrigieren zu können.
HINT: Whilst uprighting the mast, both are
watching the correct positions of the wires
and hammerterminals to avoid mistakes.
Der „Steuermann“ drückt den Mast bis zum
Anschlag nach vorne (der Mastfuß verhindert
ein überkippen nach vorne!).
The „helm“ push the mast to the front limit
(the mast foot prevents the mast from tip-
ping over to the front!).
Der „Vorschoter“ fädelt bei gleichzeitigen
Halten den Vorstagspanner durch den
Fockhalsbeschlag (Mitte!) und die untere
Kausche des Vorstags.
While keeping the tension, the „crew“ feeds
the forestay tightener through the forestay
fitting (middle!) and the lower forestay eye.
