HINT: When main halyard is not in use, always fix it somewhere, otherwise it may slip run out.
Beim Classic -Großsegel den Fallhaken ans
Auge im Segelkopf festschäckeln.
Der Fallhaken muss nach hinten offen sein!
Shackle the halyard hook onto the eye in the
head of the
Classic
-mainsail. The halyard
hook must be opened to rear.
Das Fall durch das Kopfbrett vom Stre-
amcut - Großsegel stecken und mit einem
kleinem Achtknoten sichern. Alternativ den
mitgelieferten Fallschäkel am Kopfbrett be-
festigen und das Fall mit einem möglichst
kleinen Palstek festknoten.
Feed the halyard through the headboard of
the Streamcut -mainsail and secure it with a
small figure eight knot. Alternatively, fit the
halyard with the smallest bowline possible
to the provided shakle at the headboard.
Großfall aus der Nutöffnung des Mastes
(nicht am Mastfuß!) herausholen und dort
das Segel mit dem Vorliek in die Mastnut
einführen.
TIP: Der Mast sollte dabei immer in Längs-
richtung des Segels (im Wind) stehen, dann
geht es sehr viel leichter. Beim Stream-
cut-Segel evtl. den Bug des Bootes beim
Verriegeln anheben.
Pull main halyard out of mast groove
opening (not at mast foot!) and insert the
luff into the groove.
HINT: For easier hoisting, mast and sail
should be aligned into the wind. For easier
locking the streamcut-mainsail, it may be
helpful to lift the bows.
