Whenever corresponding about a Polaris

RANGER

utility vehicle, be sure to refer to the vehicle identification number

(VIN) and the engine model number and serial number.

The engine model and serial number can be found on a decal applied to the MAG side of the cylinder head

stamped into the crankcase on the PTO side of the engine

The VIN can be found stamped on a portion of the upper left frame rail

above the airbox.
