Home position

ZP
When a home position return completes normally, ZP (Home position return
completion) turns on.
In the incremental system, this signal turns off with one of the following
conditions:
1) SON (Servo-on) is off.
2) EM2 (Forced stop 2) is off.
3) RES (Reset) is on.
4) An alarm occurs.
5) LSP (Forward rotation stroke end) or LSN (Reverse rotation stroke end)
is off.
6) Home position return is not being executed.
7) Software limit is being detected.
8) Home position return is in progress.
If once home position return is completed in the absolute position detection
system, ZP (Home position return completion) will be the same output
status as RD (Ready).
However, it turns off with one of the above conditions 1) to 8) and the
following conditions 9) to 14).
9) The home position return is not performed after [AL. 25 Absolute
position erased] or [AL. E3 Absolute position counter warning] occurred.
10) The home position return is not performed after the electronic gear
([Pr. PA06] and [Pr. PA07]) was changed.
11) The home position return is not performed after the setting of [Pr. PA03
Absolute position detection system selection] was changed from
"Disabled" to "Enabled".
12) [Pr. PA14 Rotation direction selection/travel direction selection] was
changed.
13) [Pr. PA01 Operation mode] was changed.
14) [Pr. PT08 Home position return position data] or [Pr. PT28 Number of
stations per rotation] was changed.

ZP2
When a home position return completes normally, ZP2 (Home position
return completion 2) turns on. ZP2 is always on unless the home position is
erased.
In the incremental system, this signal turns off with one of the following
conditions:
1) [AL. 69 Command error] occurs.
2) Home position return is not being executed.
3) Home position return is in progress.
ZP2 is always on even when the home position return is completed only
once in the absolute position detection system. However, it turns off with
one of the above conditions 1) to 3) and the following conditions 4) to 8).
4) The home position return is not performed after [AL. 25 Absolute
position erased] or [AL. E3 Absolute position counter warning] occurred.
5) The home position return is not performed after the electronic gear
([Pr. PA06] and [Pr. PA07]) was changed.
6) The home position return is not performed after the setting of [Pr. PA03
Absolute position detection system selection] was changed from
"Disabled" to "Enabled".
7) [Pr. PA14 Rotation direction selection/travel direction selection] was
changed.
8) [Pr. PA01 Operation mode] was changed.
DO-1
Rough match
CPO
When a command remaining distance is lower than the rough match output
range set with [Pr. PT12], CPO turns on. This is not outputted during base
circuit shut-off. CPO turns on with servo-on.
DO-1
Position range
POT
When an actual current position is within the range set with [Pr. PT19]/[Pr.
PT20] and with [Pr. PT21]/[Pr. PT22], POT turns on. This will be off when a
home position return is not completed or base circuit shut-off is in progress.
