Prompt Information Related to Zeroing
Take channel 1 as an example. The monitor may give the following prompt
information after the pressure transducer zeroing has been finished.
CH1 SUCCESSFUL ZERO
The zeroing procedure is over. The transducer port opening to the atmosphere is to
be closed and the port connecting to the patient opened.
CH1 SENSOR OFF, FAIL
Verify the transducer of channel 1 is connected to the monitor, and then perform
zeroing again. If the monitor continues to give this prompt information, contact our
Customer Service.
IN DEMO, FAIL
Make sure the monitor is not in DEMO mode, and perform pressure transducer
zeroing again. If the monitor continues to give this prompt information, contact our
Customer Service.
PRESSURE OVER RANGE, FAIL
Verify the 3-way stopcock is open to the atmosphere, and perform the pressure
transducer zeroing again. If the prompt information is still displayed, change with a
new transducer and contact our Customer Service.
PULSATILE PRESSURE, FAIL
Make sure the transducer is not connected to the patient and the stopcock is open to
the atmosphere. Then, perform the pressure transducer zeroing once again. If the
prompt is still displayed, contact our Customer Service.
