Improper defibrillation will endanger the patient’s safety. You user
should decide whether to defibrillate the patient based on the patient’s
actual condition.
z
Before defibrillating the patient, the user should ensure the defibrillator
and the monitor have been tested as a system and the two devices can
work together safely and effectively.
z
Before defibrillating the patient, the user should ensure the defibrillator
has been connected to the auxiliary output port of the monitor, the
defibrillation synchronization function is enabled, and the filter mode is
set to DIAGNOSTIC.
z
When the defibrillation is done, sure to disable the defibrillation function
and select the filter method as needed.
ECG CAL
Select this option to begin calibrating the ECG. To stop
calibration, select this option again, or change the ECG
lead selection on the screen.
ADJUST
WAVE POS
This is used to adjust the position of the ECG waveform on
the screen. Select this option to access the ADJUST
WAVE POS menu. Open the CH NAME popup menu and
select the channel to be adjusted. Afterwards, select the
UP-DOWN option and rotate the control knob to adjust the
position of the selected channel on the screen. The BACK
TO DEFAULT option allows you to restore the waveform
to the default position on the screen.
